I went to the restaurant to pick up my pizza at 6:45, but they insisted that it was not ready. I showed them a screenshot proving that the pizza was done and should be ready for pickup. Despite this, they were unable to process a refund at the register and instead cancelled my order. I left the restaurant at 7:30 a.m. without my pizza or a refund. Very friendly staff. the pizza was good, but the chicken wings were over boiled and dry.
The manager, Reba, has really went downhill. She used to be polite and kind but recently, she shouldn't even be in management position!
I has the worse experience yesterday I have been have stomach pains and diarrhea since I ate the pizza and wings. No mask no gloves rubbing facial hairs never seen anyone wash their hands going in and out the building handing people food.
Made my pizza completely wrong and refused to refund it. Told me they would remake it instead and spend 45-60 mins waiting for a simple pizza that should have taken 20 mins ? Would not come here again EVER.
Ordered online, picked up in store. It was ready pretty close to when they said it would be. It was your standard dominos pizza with no surprises. All in all, it was a quick, stress free meal and that's what mattered on this occasion.
