**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences at Panera**
Panera has received a range of feedback recently, highlighting inconsistencies in customer service and food quality. While many patrons appreciate the cozy atmosphere and delicious menu offerings, frustrations have surfaced regarding order accuracy and communication, especially with pickup procedures. Issues like misplaced orders and subpar kiosk functionality have dampened the experience for some diners. However, positive interactions with dedicated staff members, who go out of their way to assist customers, shine through the critiques. As patrons continue to seek reliably excellent service, clearer signage and improved staff training could enhance the overall dining experience at Panera.

The food is healthy, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the service is quick. Highly recommended!
I travel for work so I go to a lot of panera locations and I can comfortably say this is the worst. The pump in the charged lemonade is broken so there's a massive clump of fermenting pulp sitting at the bottom of the container (this can be had for $5 for a large cup). The floor in front of the machines is so incredibly sticky I have to MARCH through the store to avoid getting stuck. It may be so sticky because their large lids don't fit the large cup so I'd imagine spills are fairly common! I think I'll be going to Dunkin' while I'm here even though I'm a sip club subscriber.
Unfortunately they closed 30 min early so I couldn’t exchange my mac and cheese which had an order slip in it from the
This is a newer Panera. Visited on a Saturday morning, 8am. Only 3 other tables. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Both were as expected taste wise. Unlike other Panera's this place does not have a microwave.
