Dunkin' - Danvers
Dunkin'
Description
Tucked inside a Gulf Express station in Danvers, this Dunkin' offers the standard menu and long hours (5am–11pm), making it a convenient pit stop for travelers on I‑95/Route 1. But consistent complaints about distracted or rude staff, language miscommunications, understaffing, drive‑thru confusion and frequent order mistakes — from un‑toasted bagels and unmixed cream cheese to wrong drinks — temper the convenience. Expect processed baked goods, sugary drinks and average coffee; allow extra time and patience or opt for an alternative for a more attentive experience.

I appreciate their efficient service and the speed at which they work when they know what to do.
I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but it wasn’t toasted at all. The cream cheese was just a large clump on one side of the bagel, and there was no knife to spread it. The drive-thru service was confusing, even though it was a slow time of day. Overall, I found the experience disgusting and very disappointing!
