The staff can be incredibly rude, especially at the drive-thru. The service lacks professionalism, with employees often struggling to communicate in English, which adds to the frustration. They really need to provide some training for their employees. I've had numerous issues with my coffee orders. When I ask them to fix it, they often want to charge me extra, which is unacceptable. This isn't just a problem with Dunkin' Donuts; similar issues happen at places like McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Wendy's as well. The prices are outrageous—nearly $2 for a single donut is just ridiculous, and now a decent coffee can cost almost $4. What happened to the days when it was $2.50 for a great cup of coffee? If I ever had my own franchise of any of these restaurants, I would certainly do things differently.
