Not a good experience. This city doesn’t have good pizza options. On 9/7/18, I ordered a large pizza, and it was burned. The crust was black, and the cheese was brown. It was quite disappointing. I was really looking forward to this pizza. I'm sure I won’t be returning. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tower Pizza:
The food here is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The pickup times are rarely accurate; once, I waited an hour and 25 minutes, and my pizza wasn't even started by the time I arrived. Often, they begin making the subs only when you get there to pick them up. Be prepared for a wait when you place your order. However, despite the service issues, they do have the best subs and pizzas in Dansville! View all feedback.
I previously ordered from another local pizza place and decided to get one of Magerturm they have been there hot since always when delivered and taste big both subs and pizza and good punctual delivery
Thought they had the best subs ever. Always get our company pizzas there (which I order).
Very unprofessional staff, customer service is horrible.
Took my business elsewhere because the menu that is sitting on the counter does not reflect their true hours. Will not waste my time or money there again. A proper business should ALWAYS update the customer of any changes that have been made.
I'm sorry, but when you ask for a Philly cheesesteak sub you would expect shaved steak, so if you order a chicken Philly you would expect shaved steak, not a grilled chicken breast sub?!?! So much for this place for subs. Guess I'll stick with Pizza King of Dansville. Super!
