We had a fantastic visit to Einstein in Dannenberg today! The food was delicious, the service was quick and consistently friendly. You really feel welcome here. Special thanks to Robin – thank you for the great service! Highly recommended!

Yesterday, I went to the restaurant in Dannberg for the first time with my family. The menu sounded very good. My husband and I ordered the Einstein steak platter. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The meat was very dry, which I told the waiter, who simply said, Yes, no, that 's just Kassler. Kassler? It shouldn 't even be on the menu, and that 's no excuse for it being dry. Kassler isn 't supposed to be dry. I also didn 't find any pork medallions on the plate; it looked more like pork schnitzel. Unfortunately, the waiter didn 't offer an apology. It 's pathetic to be treated like a liar.

We ate there with five people. We really liked the atmosphere; it was all a bit rustic and cozy. The food was delicious, and the portions were good and not too large. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable there. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely eat there again.

Ate there today. Ordered the Einstein steak plate for €24.60. The price is okay. It's a real shame I wasn't asked how the steak was done. I'd assume it was medium, but I got it rare. That's not my thing, though, so I should definitely ask! The fried potatoes weren't done well for me. I like them crispy, but the service was rather soft. They must have only been flipped through the pan once. There were plenty of potatoes and also plenty of mushrooms and onions. I couldn't finish the portion; it was quite filling, but I think there's still room for improvement in terms of craftsmanship.
