My husband and I ordered the Einstein steak platt... read more Yesterday, I went to the restaurant in Dannberg for the first time with my family. The menu sounded very good. My husband and I ordered the Einstein steak platter. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The meat was very dry, which I told the waiter, who simply said, Yes, no, that 's just Kassler. Kassler? It shouldn 't even be on the menu, and that 's no excuse for it being dry. Kassler isn 't supposed to be dry. I also didn 't find any pork medallions on the plate; it looked more like pork schnitzel. Unfortunately, the waiter didn 't offer an apology. It 's pathetic to be treated like a liar.
