Duck-in Grille - Dania Beach

I was thrilled to discover Wayside Inn while staying at the Tru by Hilton. I stopped by twice in one day and was warmly welcomed both times, making my experience enjoyable. The atmosphere suggested that smoking is permitted, which I actually appreciate. I tend to prefer this type of bar over a hotel bar, as the location and authenticity were fantastic. There was even a Hula Hoop on the wall that I was eager to try out (or at least see someone else give it a go), but sadly, I never got the chance.

One of the best bars I've been to in a while! They offer great prices, tasty mixed drinks, pull-tab gambling, and more. The only downside was that they allow smoking indoors, but overall, it’s a fantastic dive bar! I can't wait to go back!

What a fantastic family-owned dive bar! They've been serving the community for 50 years! The drinks are affordable, and the staff is really friendly!

For what it is, and what it should be... It's 5 stars. This is NOT an uppity bar. This is a bar where people smoke. This is NOT a bar for unusual drinks. This is a bar where the locals congregate. This is NOT a bar that observes social distancing and COVID precautions. So, with that said if you're looking for a local irrigation hole that has cold beer and no ruffles, that's your place.

It is a great locals neighborhood bar but it's smokey, kind of bummed, was hoping this could be our new little hang out. Good drinks, get your money's worth. Outside seating would be cool, where the air is clear. Definitely recommend if you don't mind the smoke.
