I was surprised by the quality of the food... fair price compared to some so-called hi-end seafood sites... I have the bell for long John Silver... I wasn't very impressed by Taco bell that's connected. My boys made a simple wish for potatoes in their burritos and they were disappointed that this part did not meet... no big deal... I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this place. The prices are reasonable, especially when compared to some so-called high-end seafood restaurants. I have a fondness for Long John Silver's, but I wasn't too impressed by the Taco Bell that's attached. My kids had a simple request for potatoes in their burritos, and they were disappointed that they didn't get that. But overall, it wasn't a big issue.
The fish here is excellent, especially compared to what I've had in Newport. Everything was fantastic, though the hushpuppies could have been cooked a bit longer.
I visited a Long John Silver's with an open dining area. They seemed to be a bit short-staffed, which made the service slower than usual. However, I want to give a special thanks to the owner for running the business as it was meant to be run.
