I placed an order through the red **** app, but half of it went missing. I tried to file a complaint to get my money back, but there’s no option for that other than providing feedback about the business. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't heard back from them. This is really disappointing! I'm still waiting for a response and a $40 refund for the food that never arrived! View all feedback.
