Hungry Jacks Pty Ltd - Dandenong

I visited this Hungry Jacks on the about i drove in drive through and ordered a double whopper with cheese in a large. As I approached the window to pay I specifically asked the girl to make sure my food was fresh. And...she replies back with a smart ass attitude saying that “we’ve already made your food” and i reply saying that doesn’t bother me i’m not going to pay for cold food!!! She then tells me to wait in the loading bay while my food is supposedly getting prepared. I waited minutes before i got out of the car fumingly figuring out where the hell my food was. Only to find out they’ve wiped my order off the list forgetting all about it!!! Avoid this store at all costs!

I went there yesterday, went into the drive though and after already entering by a few meters I reached the ordering speaker only to be told that there was no eftpos available, that was ok even though I had to wait all of minutes...before being able to get to the drive through exit... at the last window I asked the girl at the window (Afghan girl) to speak to the manager and her response was “why?” I then said because I would like to make the suggestion that a sign be placed outside the drivethrough that states there is no eftpos available today so that others don’t get stuck in the drive through unnecessarily. The manager then comes to the window and I tell her my suggestion and make it clear I am unhappy about the wait, she then apologised and told me to come in store and I could pay with eftpos inside, I smiled and agreed then looked behind her at the first girl who came to the window smiling and waving and saying byeeee... I then got angry and asked for her name, she then screamed out from behind her manager saying “you don’t need my name and I don’t have to give it to you”, I then refused to leave the drive through until I got it. Then as I was about to drive off she started laughing and again gave a massive smile and wave saying “byeeeeeee”. This is not the only bad experience from this particular worker, I have friends who have also said how rude she (her name is BANOO), constantly is. Customers do not ever get treated with respect at this store and most of the workers here have not been trained in proper Australian customer service!! It’s disgusting!!

I won't recommend anyone to go to hungry jacks dandenong order through drive thru.as they are always out of staff and they serve with dry burgers which looks like choke hazard.i went there with three family yesterday and dined in the store and found the...burgers were good.my friend introduced me the vegan burgers and it was good.based on yesterday dine in experience we went with family and ordered vegan burgers for whole family.but found the burger was like dry like brick with no stuffing at all.they did the job in great urgency and screwed all the burgers which deserves just the bin.please don't order through drive thru.They think that customers in a hurry won't come back and ask for replacement or refund.this kind of attitude is stealing from customers and serving them with low quality meal.it spoiled the total evening family time.

I went through the drove through tonight and ordered a large coke with heavy ice. I get round to receive it after waiting all up minutes in the drive through only to be told there is no ice. The woman at the window seemed...dazed And confused and ignored me for min before telling me there was no ice. The restaurant was not busy and there was no sorry.

My wife and I went in for a quick meal and while I ordered, she looked for a table. She ended up in a corner and I asked why she had chosen that table when so many were vacant. She pointed at the seats and...some had lumps of food that had been sat on and were probably there a while. I didn't want to create a scene so we just ate our food and left.
