What User doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
I'm not sure if the barista was new, but there was a mix-up with my order. He mistakenly asked another barista to remake a drink that wasn’t even mine. I didn't want to spend extra on a different drink; I just wanted my original order, which would have cost around $22 or $29 in total. On top of that, someone stole the muffin I had purchased. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had at this place. View all feedback.

Just not a good Starbucks. Service is slow as molasses and it doesn't make much sense. Staff seems overall disorganized and could benefit from improved leadership or management
Placed a mobile order and did not receive my drink until 45 mins after it was placed. When I asked the staff about my drink (to make sure it didn’t get stolen) the guy working snapped at me and didn’t even give me an answer. Multiple people waiting on mobile orders and even cancelling orders because of how unorganized they are here. I also noticed that people who placed orders in store got them within 1-4 mins when I waited 45 minutes for a drink that wasn’t even correct.
Nice large space with big tables. Had a meeting there and enjoyed a delcious Frappuccino. Staff were friendly and fast.
Useless. You go inside to order and you wait Minimum 20 minutes. You download the app and order online with the hopes of getting it at the time they say, you end up waiting 15 minutes past the time they say it 'll be ready. I asked one of the ladies if my order was up soon , very kindly might I add, and she completely disregarded me and said idk I just got here and walked away. You can 't win here .
