Conveniently located along Danbury’s main commercial strip. There is a drivethrough, and/or customers can preorder through Starbucks’ app. The store’s interior is clean, with merchandise attractively displayed. The tables al fresco show some neglect in cleaning. Parking in the lot out front, with space for around twelve cars. Efficient staff. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
it is a cozy place. the staff are friendly. but sometimes they seem a little stretched thin with the high ride through the traffic they get. when I was there, a pick-up order for a customer was delayed because of it. View all feedback.
I recently visited this restaurant and found myself waiting in line with no one else in line or sitting inside. The workers were rude and seemed preoccupied with online and drive-thru orders. After waiting for about 2 minutes, I decided to leave. The atmosphere at this location was unpleasant. Ultimately, without customers, a business cannot succeed. Good service is crucial.

Store is well managed by a terrific store manager. Drinks are always on point. Place is clean, maintained and wait time is minimal. It’s a professionally managed place like this that makes the employees look good. Great Job ? ?
Danbury NewTown road Starbucks baristas are undefeated.??️ even on a Uber eats app. SuperbThey never fail at delivering your order correctly and timely.They are super professional and very courteous.
The service at this restaurant was fantastic, with very friendly staff.
