Red Lobster - Danbury

We've ordered from Red Lobster multiple times, but the quality has really declined. The portion sizes are smaller, and prices have increased. Several items from our recent order were missing, including all the sauces for the popcorn shrimp, coconut shrimp, and clams. One of our dinners didn't even make it to us. I'm very disappointed in the food quality and surprised at the lack of attention to detail. This has happened several times now, with missing items and sauces. I don't intend to order from them again.

The new Cajun Shrimp Trio is amazing! It's packed with flavor but not too spicy.

My Aunt and Stepsister and I dined at Red Lobster on 12/18/22 for lunch. The food was just okay, the prices have increased a lot. There are fewer make-your-own combinations than in the past. Our server, Jose B., was preoccupied with the Argentina-France final World Cup game. The service was slow. We were very frustrated that we couldn't get a traditional check, we had to pay at a terminal at the table. We could not figure out how to pay, and Jose had to close out our bill. It was cold in the restaurant. It was disappointing, I used to love Red Lobster, I don't know if I will return.

Our server, Marco, was fantastic! We enjoyed the endless shrimp, and everything was delicious. I also tried a cocktail called Lobster Punch, and it was amazing! Thank you!

We arrived, were promptly seated, and our orders were taken quickly. Our food didn’t take long to arrive. We enjoyed drinks, biscuits, and a delicious salmon. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and a wonderful time. It's a great place!
