I went through the drive at 6:20 was at 6:25 with all my things. I did this three times a week when I wanted to work. the workers were pleasant and informative. it is nothing wrong with this place View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
I'm sorry to say, but this Dunkin' Donuts location was a real disappointment. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes with only one car in front of us. When we went inside, we encountered three workers who were moving at a snail's pace and seemed to be in terrible moods. My god this place is a disaster. I came here late at night as it was one of the few places open. After the employee literally nodded at me to take my order I asked if they serve food at 3 am (it looked like only one person was there) and got a it says it 's open 24 hours right? with an attitude. No receipt, no napkins, half of the normal serving of hash browns, food just thrown in a bag onto the counter with no words. Sorry for being an inconvenience to the employee....

While something might have happened to make them feel this way, it was quite apparent. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. We won’t be returning to this location; I’d rather drive the extra ten minutes to the next Dunkin' Donuts, even if it interrupts my day. None of the staff seemed to be smiling either.
At the Newtown Road and Federal Road locations, the service is even worse. The employees seem indifferent whether you are in line or using the drive-thru, and they frequently get orders wrong. Their attitude is rude and slow, demonstrating a lack of understanding of customer service. Dunkin' needs to prioritize hiring quality, caring employees who are trained properly in recognizing and fulfilling online orders. Over the weekend, an employee at the Newtown Road location didn’t even understand my request for a coffee with Thin Mints swirl, even though it’s clearly listed on their menu! It's time for some serious training for the staff!
The worst dunkin I've ever been. looked 15 minutes in the driveway with a car in front of me. unlikely unprofessional, rude, slow, bad quality eating
If could I would give it zero stars after what happened this morning... I usually come here every day during the week day ... but after this morning never again... I ordered a beyond sausage sandwich and felt something pulling from my throat and the sandwich... come to find out there was a hair in my sandwich... when I saw it I threw up what ever I ate ... definitely never going there again
