What Dave Lee doesn't like about Bagelman:
Been coming here for 20 years. Last year it has really gone way down hill. Terrible service on front end, kids behind counter that dont wash there hands or use gloves, mess order up literaly every time. Had to prove to them they forget potatoes in my omelet by having someone rip it apart in front of me with a fork. View all feedback.
Really good bagels. Very busy on a Saturday morning-which was a good sign! Staff was a little frazzled and unfriendly but we didn?t go to make friends.
They offer delicious breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. While there can be a bit of a wait in the mornings, they serve you quickly. Unfortunately, some of the staff can be quite rude and seem to lack customer service skills. However, the fast service makes up for it, and you won't be waiting long.
They consistently mess up my order, either adding items I didn't request or forgetting half of what I asked for.
Food?s decent, if you can ever actually get it. If you place an order online you get a messed up order. If you try to place your order over the phone you have to call 24 times and wait 36 minutes for someone to finally pick up. Then when you walk in toactually pick it up no employees acknowledge you so you have to wait another 15 minutes for them to hand you your food that?sbeen sitting on the shelf the whole time. If you try to go in and order you?re waiting in line for 40 minutes. But bagels arealright
If I could give them less than one star, I would, but unfortunately, that's not an option. When the food is prepared correctly and arrives warm, it's quite good. However, 9 times out of 10, it's not made right and arrives ice cold. When I call to complain, I encounter a rude attitude, and they outright refuse to refund my money, claiming it's "not their problem anymore." I'm absolutely appalled by how little they care about their own mistakes.
