Wind Sea - Dana Point

Server was great. Large party sat next to us and was very loud. Enjoyable up to then.

Good dining and good staff. Clever how they say they don 't reserve window tables, but say come early and you might get one. Once there and there were window tables available, we were told, "Oh, we reserve them for parties of 5 or more, just not less than 5. Except for the table across from us at the window seating 2 people! Been eating there periodically for 6 years. Never heard this before and often sat at window tablers with 2 or 4 people. Never an issue, till now. New management? New rules? Oh, yes, ...got there in time for happy hour. Then told that is only for patrons in the bar area. Probably in small print somewhere. My bad.

My friend and I loved having lunch at the Wind Sea. My late husband and I had our 50th wedding celebration at the Wind Sea in 2017 and it was perfect!

The location on Dana Point Harbor provided a stunning sunset as we wrapped up happy hour! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Kudos to the manager on duty and the entire staff. Well done

Everything was just perfect our waitress was so nice.
