Starbucks - Dana Point

This is the best Starbucks in the neighborhood! The staff are exceptionally friendly and dedicated to customer service. Savannah, in particular, is wonderful and always makes an effort to ask how my day is going. They all wear bright smiles, which really enhances the experience! I did encounter one issue during my visit, but they resolved it immediately at no cost, taking full responsibility without any complaints. You don’t see that often these days! This is definitely my favorite Starbucks, and I truly appreciate them!

We found a great coffee spot at Starbucks, well-known for its specialty drinks! However, we had a bit of trouble locating the entrance to the drive-thru since it wasn't clearly marked, leading us to accidentally enter the main parking lot before we figured it out. It appeared that this location only offered drive-thru service and did not allow for in-store ordering. I also noticed that there was no COVID-19 Plexiglass barrier at the drive-thru window for the safety of both customers and staff, although the employees were wearing face masks. Once we received our drinks, they were perfectly made. The cashier and barista at the drive-thru were exceptionally friendly, personable, and very helpful—definitely deserving of an A+! This will definitely be our preferred coffee stop whenever we're in the area.

Getting to this location can be a bit tricky if you're driving north on PCH, which is why I rated it 1 star for accessibility. However, if you're craving coffee, the effort to reach this Starbucks is certainly worth it. They do offer a drive-thru, but I opted to park and take a break from driving. There are fewer than ten parking spaces, and only two were available during my visit (one of which can be seen in my photo). I will definitely come back, especially when heading south on PCH. Enjoy!

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks, thanks to the warm and friendly service. Jaye was extremely helpful and very kind. I will definitely return to this Starbucks. The drive-thru located right on the Pacific Coast Highway adds to its convenience!
