After six or so visits, each time I was greeted with a straw in a water glass at this marina restaurant. While their corn beef hash and eggs is killer, they haven't got the memo about the indiscriminate use of plastic drinking straws in water is tacky unless accompanied by an alcoholic beverage and even then the patron should be asked if he/she desires a drinking straw.
