Friday night steak night. Top Sirloin done perfectly with twice baked potato and salad with garlic toast is. Killer meal. I recommend getting here early as parking can be a beast. We'll be back. View all feedback.
What Greg J dislikes about Shelly's Echo Inn:
I was quite disappointed with this establishment. I've encountered rudeness from the male bartender multiple times. Many patrons appear to be intoxicated and continue to be served, resulting in an unsafe environment as they leave the bar unsteadily. When I brought this concern to the owner's attention, it was unfortunately dismissed. Additionally, the place lacks cleanliness and attracts a less-than-desirable crowd.... View all feedback.

The owner is quite unpleasant and very hard to deal with. This bar is in poor condition; everything feels greasy and chaotic. The food is unappetizing, and there always seems to be a crowd of intoxicated individuals, making the atmosphere problematic. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
The food was surprisingly delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. It’s a fantastic little hideaway that I can't recommend highly enough!

It is truly carvers best kept secret. talk about a gem in this cozy little cove). Some of the best homemade food with service you feel like home. Jess was our server and she was the icing to our treat. Thank you for an experience like no where else . We will make this our new place but we might tell everyone about it!
Nestled in Carver, this restaurant offers exceptional steak nights with perfectly cooked, generous portions and flavorful dishes like eggs Benedict and fettuccine Alfredo, paired with a solid drink selection. The lively karaoke events and inviting patio enhance the casual, vibrant atmosphere. Friendly, attentive staff and locally sourced meats add to the appeal. However, opinions vary as some guests report inconsistent food quality, a chaotic environment, and a strict two-drink limit enforced by management. While it’s praised for great value and a fun vibe, it may not suit those seeking a typical night out or a polished setting.

Outstanding steak! The atmosphere is amazing! It was a wonderful surprise! The food and beer selection are excellent, enhancing the lovely ambiance. This spot is a hidden gem in Carver! We had a fantastic evening with superb service and delicious food!
Do you want to give a scream to Eric last night? Seafood Night. It was a great dinner, excellent server Eric and the cook did a great job on the whole Fatuccine alfredo dinner
This place is great! They have everything you can ask for. Great service. Amazing food. Tasty drinks. Awesome patio. Great views. Televisions. Cooks that know a thing or two. I'm craving the country fried steak as I write this. So if you're reading this and thinking of going somewhere for breakfast, they serve it everyday I believe before 1. They have some of the best meat in the county, all coming from my local favorite Whites Meat. If you like gravy on your steak. Then I suggest getting it on side so you get to eat it straight outta the bowl, It's so freaking good! What more can you ask for, cheap drinks and great food and even better people. Whoever posted about the 2 drink minimum was probably drunk AF so they were doing you a favor bud and didn't want you to drive in the clackamas river. ???
Great food, great service, we had a nice sunny day and enjoyed our table outside. The outside/inside dining had heaters. What a great job the owner did adapting to this time. It was kinda romantic ? we love this place! You must try their steak and the **** Mary's, so good!

I enjoyed a steak dinner on Friday night for only $20, and it was incredible! The steak is a generous 16 ounces and is always cooked just right—plenty big enough to share if you'd like. Just grab an extra potato on the side. I also ordered eggs benedict, and I must say, the hollandaise sauce was the best I’ve ever had. It was rich, creamy, and wonderfully smooth. Simply amazing!
This is hands down the best steak I've ever tasted! The atmosphere is amazing, making for a pleasantly surprising dining experience. The food and beer options are fantastic, contributing to a lovely vibe. This place is a real hidden gem in Carver! I enjoyed a wonderful evening with outstanding service and delicious dishes!
