This place is a plus in the mall, because it’s a cool little spot that is different from the surrounding eatery’s nearby. At times they can be packed especially in the weekends since families come here with kids. Their menu consists of traditional milk tea, slushies, specialty drinks, snacks, rice bowls, etc. All of their items are made from scratch which is always a plus and I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. You can either order from one of their kiosks or order from the counter when they are not that busy. I highly recommend this place for anyone on a limited time, want a quick bite or if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout their other delicious options they have to offer. As a boba enthusiast who has tried boba in various places across Asia, I have to say this was the worst I've ever had. The tea was flavorless, and the drink looked like it had been diluted with water. The amount of grass jelly was also disappointing, only filling about 10% of the cup.

I offered to pay, but she only accepted cash and showed no empathy whatsoever. You truly deserve a zero-star rating. Thanks, CRYSTAL! They seem to take pride in the poor service they provide. Just look at this picture—they're mocking their customers.
