This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I ordered a jasmine tea with a grassy yellow color, light ice cream, and 0% sugar. As a Boba enthusiast who has tried Boba from various places in Asia, I have to say this was the worst I've had. The tea was flavorless, and the drink looked diluted, as if it was mixed with too much water. Additionally, the amount of grass jelly topping barely filled 10% of the cup.

The Chinese lady who participated in serving us clearly lacks customer service skills. When I asked for a bag, she insisted on charging me 10 cents and seemed ready to accuse me of not paying. I offered cash, but there was no empathy or understanding in her response. It's disappointing that they pride themselves on such poor service. Just look at the picture—it's a laughable experience for her clientele. Thank you for this memorable visit… not! You deserve a one-star rating.

I always enjoy visiting this quick-service spot in Serramonte. Although parking can be a bit challenging, it's convenient to grab your food and unwind in the Mall Food Court. The ambiance is lovely, and it's a great place to observe a diverse mix of people socializing and relaxing. With comfortable seating and various outlets available, it’s easy to dine and enjoy your meal. During my latest visit, I used the Quickly kiosk to place my order, and it worked perfectly. Plus, I benefited from a $5 coupon code as a first-time user after downloading the app. Overall, it's a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat!

I went into this fast last week and I ordered a regular milk tea with big boba, and 1 bag popcorn chicken. The Boba was not fresh and the popcorn chicken was dry. Would recomend.

It took a long time to get a simple Thai tea with Boba and several orders placed after I ordered were completed before mines was done. I even had to ask what was happening and waited a few more minutes after that to get it.
