Mcdonald's - Daly City

The staff overall was very friendly, however, there was one lady at the window who was not as welcoming. Despite this, the other staff were kind enough to help out.

This new McDonald's is fairly nice, but the service is quite slow. The staff needed reminding to provide napkins and ketchup, which are normally standard at other locations. They even ran out of cups at one point. Overall, people tend to visit this McDonald's when the line at the In-N-Out down the street is too long.

I was overcharged for incorrect orders and had to endure six instances of yelling in the kitchen to fix them. In addition, I did not receive one of the items I ordered. The staff was unable to properly adjust the charges on the register, so they provided me with a rough estimate of the difference in cash. To save time and frustration, I accepted the refund.

The small hot latte at this McDonald's is a good value at $2, much cheaper than Starbucks or Peet's. However, they added some kind of sickly sweet syrup to it, even though I asked for it plain. They did replace it when I went inside to complain, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that, I didn't have any issues with this location.

The restaurant was very clean and organized. Although there was a minor mix-up where our order was not called out and they initially claimed they hadn't received it, it turned out that our order had just been overlooked and was already prepared. Overall, not a significant issue.
