However, they added a cloyingly sweet syrup... read more The small hot latte at this McDonald's is a great deal at $2, significantly less expensive than Starbucks or Peet's. However, they added a cloyingly sweet syrup despite my request for it plain. They did replace it when I went inside to express my concern, but it was a bit of a hassle. Aside from that, I didn't encounter any other problems at this location.

The staff needed to be reminded to supply napkins and ketchup, which are usually standard at other locations. There was even a moment when they ran out of cups. Overall, people generally choose this McDonald's when the line at the In-N-Out down the street is too long.

Furthermore, one of the... read more I was charged incorrectly for my orders and had to listen to the kitchen staff yelling six times while they tried to resolve the issues. Furthermore, one of the items I ordered never arrived. The staff had trouble adjusting the charges in the register, so they gave me a rough cash estimate of the difference instead. To avoid further frustration, I decided to accept the cash refund.
