Jollibee - Daly City

Didn’t get my extra side of spaghetti today i was so pissed of cus i lived in sf did not check the food before i go cus i know they look and check the orders before they give it to the costumers. So disappointed at this time i pay extra but i didn’t get the spaghetti.

We tried to order two anniversary special items for $25.00 each, the 12 piece bucket the three sandwich combo. The app gave a promotional 2 free drinks.Since I was at the serramonte location, I placed the same order and was denied. The cashier wasn 't trained to take my $50 and honored the promo.I had to sit my a down and try to order everything via the app received an error message four times in a row. So I brought my cell and asked for the manager to enter my order. She was baffled and asked for backup and still couldn 't place the order.I asked the manager to honor my order and she said NO I had to use the app. She and her staff couldn 't get the mobile order and yet wouldn 't allow me the two free items. And to boot, no spicy was available.I told the manager that she had to customer service skills to make their customers feel valued or welcomed. Never coming back to this clown runned location, but they don 't care!

Almost always busy since it's located inside the serramonte mall food court. This is my top fast food chicken choice in this area. Best known for their filipino style cuisine, the affordable prices and always crispy, flavorful chicken with gravy have always been a winning choice when I'm hungry.

I had nothing but a positive, albeit simple, experience with Jollibee. With so many nearby choices, my mom opted for some chicken strips from Jollibee and it was a first time for both of us. We waited in a longish line, but it went quickly enough. Friendly service at the counter, beeper given, and maybe a 5 minute wait for food.As stated, she ordered the chicken strips and upon suggestion got the creamy siracha dip to go with. YUM! I was surprised at how tasty it was! Crispy outside, tender inside. Good quick option. Wish I lived closer so I could try other options at Jollibee.
