The woman in charge today had a very monotone voice and seemed quite unhappy, which really soured the experience. After each of my orders, her only response was, "Is that it?" It was really frustrating! I don't think I'll be coming back.

They charged me for items I never received and never picked up their phone. I ordered two cups of chili, one with cheese and onions, but only one had cheese, and neither had any onions at all. I also ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese, but it arrived completely plain. My burger was supposed to come with onion rings and BBQ sauce, but they were "out of stock." I ended up paying $25 for cold, overpriced food! From now on, I think I’ll stick to McDonald's instead.

However, upon reaching the ordering counter, a staff member informed me that the manager had overslept and they had just opened, so nothing was available yet. The last time I came in, I wanted a salad, but they were out of both lettuce and tomatoes. This time, I opted for a baked potato, only to be told that the potatoes weren’t ready either. On a previous visit, they had even run out of eggs. It’s baffling how a restaurant can be out of ingredients when it’s located right next to a grocery store. I must say, this location is quite disappointing!

Placed carry-out app order. Arrived to find the doors locked even though the app showed they were open for carry-out and dine in. I was then notified that they... read more Placed carry-out app order. Arrived to find the doors locked even though the app showed they were open for carry-out and dine in. I was then notified that they did not have any baked potatoes ready so I had to wait 7 minutes on that. I was then notifiedthat they did not have the strawberry frosty that I had ordered. The only options were vanilla and chocolate. If the app hadbeen updated I would have known all of this before my arrival.
