The woman in charge today had a very monotone voice and seemed quite unhappy, which really soured the experience. After each of my orders, her only response was, "Is that it?" It was really frustrating! I don't think I'll be coming back.

They charged me for items I never received and never picked up their phone. I ordered two cups of chili, one with cheese and onions, but only one had cheese, and neither had any onions at all. I also ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese, but it arrived completely plain. My burger was supposed to come with onion rings and BBQ sauce, but they were "out of stock." I ended up paying $25 for cold, overpriced food! From now on, I think I’ll stick to McDonald's instead.

I had high hopes for this new location in Varnell, but it seems unlikely they will succeed given the current management. I've been there three times since they opened, and each visit has been disappointing. I've had to wait at least 25 minutes in the drive-thru every time. During my most recent visit, I waited nearly 30 minutes, only to find out that some items from my order were missing. Fixing the mistake took just as long since the lobby is still closed. All of this points to poor management.

As a new restaurant in Varnell, I truly wanted this one to be successful but with the current management that doesn't seem promising. I have been here three times since its opened giving them a chance and every time itsthe same. You sit in the drive through for no less than 25 minutes. The last time I was here I waited in line nearly 30 minutesand they left items off my order. Took nearly as long to get it corrected since the lobby is still closed. This is all areflection of management.
