The person on the other end of the microphone had great difficulty and understanding me, just like before. And then, my actual received items did not match what we had ordered,again. Finally, the staff did not seem very sympathetic concerning the situation. You just never know what you're going to getanymore.

To make matters worse, the fountain drink machine was also empty! Overall, it was just another disappointing experience.
