I had 2 orders of fries, but the local Wendy's refused to comp both since there was only 1 fly, even though they were fried in the same oil. No apology. This is bad business.

The person on the other end of the microphone had great difficulty and understanding me, just like before. And then, my actual received items did not match what we had ordered,again. Finally, the staff did not seem very sympathetic concerning the situation. You just never know what you're going to getanymore.
