Upon walking through the doors, I immediately noticed a barbecue place to my left, accentuated by lush green plants that created a relaxing atmosphere. Ahead, there were stylish gold tables and chairs, which enhanced the chic decor. Turning the corner, I found a well-decorated shop releasing enticing aromas of delicious food. I approached the counter to place my order and was welcomed by a friendly young staff member. I asked my usual question at restaurants: “What gluten-free options do you have on the menu?” After a brief moment of consideration, she informed me that everything is gluten-free except for the mac and cheese and the buns. Intrigued, I scanned the menu and decided on the BBQ chicken nachos, along with a side of coleslaw, baked beans, and green chives. I also opted for a Sprite to drink. While I waited for my food in the main corridor, I noticed a few tables, some couches, and even a movie screen where people sometimes watch games. I learned that they also host live music in the evenings. My anticipation built as I waited just a few minutes for my order to arrive. The presentation of the BBQ chicken nachos was stunning, and they tasted even better than they looked. The BBQ sauce was rich and flavorful, the chicken was tender and juicy, and the beans and coleslaw elevated the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. I had a chance to chat with the owner who personally brought out my food. His passion for his business was evident as he shared with me the meticulous process behind his BBQ. His description of the traditional 14-hour cooking method to infuse flavor reminded me of how authentic BBQ should be, especially in Texas. If you're looking for cheap, low-quality food akin to fast food, this is not the place for you. But if you want a genuinely delightful BBQ experience, I highly recommend checking it out!

The meats are incredibly tender, practically melting in your mouth, and the wings are so well-cooked that they fall right off the bone. Everything is top-notch. If you enjoy lemon pepper wings, you won't be disappointed—they're a must-try, along with everything else on the menu.
