This is my local store in the chain and I have to say that I'm a little disappointed. Yes, I know we still recover from the pandemic and staff problems still remain a problem, but it should not take 20 minutes to get some hot dogs and a drink. I'll say what staff they're kind, and the food is good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The wait time at this restaurant is extremely long, regardless of how many people are in line. The food is decent, but the dining experience is always slow-paced. Not a good option for a quick meal during a lunch break. View all feedback.
I'm sorry to be a karen, but this sound sucks. the last four times I've been there, have messed up my order and they're all unhygienic. if they give us our wrong order, they take it back to put a sticker on it, then give it to the right person? if I knew that my eating had been treated by a stranger and then simply returned I would fight. it has become so bad that when I work a certain person (ashley), I drive the additional 30 minutes to go to the sound on the other side of the city. would not recommend this to my worst enemy!
Trash service , waitress was rude didn’t complete order. Very disappointed
Nephew ordered me a diet coke and he got a coffee. Diet coke sucked. Poured out over half of it. Can't complain too much though it was free for him. He works there.
I use to stop every morning for a super sonic breakfast burrito and the last several times I get to work and it only has eggs and sausage and alot of jalapenos and that is not what you are charged for guess I will have to go somewhere else until they train the people how to fix what is ordered
Three times the order was wrong. They closed the drive thru while people were still waiting they told people who had been waiting to order for over thirty minutes they were closed and then they started turning off the lights.
