The customer service was good - it was difficult to find fault or complain. One thing that stood out to me was that the staff asked whether I preferred white or dark meat when ordering a three-piece meal. This attention to detail impressed me compared to other places where orders are often incorrect despite being repeated correctly. Overall, I would give this place a 5 star rating.
