I felt I had to speak up and asked h... read more After a couple of minutes, I still hadn’t been acknowledged, even though they were preparing biscuits right in front of me. I felt I had to speak up and asked how long the wait would be. A man behind the counter informed me that if I was in a hurry, I should have come inside rather than using the drive-thru, which, according to him, tends to take longer. To make matters worse, the customer in front of me ordered seven plates. I understand the drive-thru's purpose is to provide quicker service, and my order was small. Larger orders should be picked up inside to keep the line moving. Throughout this experience, I remained calm—no shouting or cursing—despite my frustration. Ultimately, I clocked in nine minutes late for work, and I work very close to the restaurant. I ended up paying full price for a breakfast that took about 35 minutes to receive, at a buffet no less. My morning mindset was, “Since I'm going to be late, I might as well grab breakfast,” but in hindsight, I should have just left. I didn’t even receive an apology or a discount for the terrible service. When I explained the situation to my colleagues, I received several sympathetic nods and was warned about this place.

The other vegetables tasted canned. The food use to be great I don't know if it's different owner or different people cooking the food either way something has went terribly wrong. The last few times I have had the same bad experience with the food

Turkey and dressing is shredded turkey wit... read more Used to love it but the food is getting worse. Not hot, chicken casserole is shredded chicken basically (really dry). Turkey and dressing is shredded turkey with a little bit of something that I wouldn't call dressing, not sure what it is. Vegetables are decent but anything with meat has not been good at all lately. Everything tastes bland and unfortunately I'm gonna have to find another place to go every day on my way to work. I pay $10-$14 just to take a bite and throw it away. Deviled eggs are far from being Deviled and 3x I have gotten eggs that stink and taste old or like they are ruined. Pinto beans taste like canned. No taste to anything. School cafeteria food basically. Portions are very small. Disappointed several times. No more going here.
