That is comin... read more I was really disappointed in Cracker Barrel today. I have enjoyed the country fried steak for years, even bringing my family here for my birthday. That is coming to an end. The corporate office felt the need to change suppliers. The food was terrible. The country fried steak could be used for a hockey puck. The hash brown casserole had no taste. The restaurant was not clean. The waitress had on an apron that had not been washed in a month.

Unfortunately, I found a hair in my apples, which she claimed was an "egg hair" that was about a foot long. The eggs weren’t cooked properly either; I ordered mine over medium and my son's were over easy. The whites were extremely runny, and I had chunks of it on my plate, which completely ruined my appetite. I’m tired of explaining why I can’t eat the food, especially since I keep getting excuses instead of solutions. This isn’t the experience I expected, especially since I brought my son here to celebrate before he embarks on his new job as an over-the-road truck driver.
