Was on a road trip with family and we were driving for over 12 hours and decided to stop and eat there because we were like, cant go wrong with chilis. Well... you can. Wait time was 30 minuteswith no customers in lobby, then once we got seated we had to wait over 90 minutes (hour and a half) for our food. Which was literally 3 different forms of chicken tenders and a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. The male manager tried to blame the wait staff, it was not their fault. Very unepic. I expected this service from bob evans not chilis.

An hour later they cam... read more Worst dining experience I've had in my 48 years of life. We got there at 6:00p. They told us it would be 35 mins. to seat our party of 8. An hour later they came back and said it'd take even longer or we could sit at booths back to back. If they would have told us that to start with we would have went somewhere else. Upon sitting and placing our order it took an hour to get our food. The whole reason for our outing was to spend family time together. Chili's ruined that for us.. Please do not waste your time or money on this horrible establishment.

The fried mozzar... read more After reading some of the reviews my husband and I were scared but hungry and tired. We ordered pick up, which was ready in 30 min as promised. The fried mozzarella was hot, gooey and just what I wanted on a cold night. We both ordered the Salmon salad to balance things out. Maybe the Salmon was meant to be cold, we both warmed it up in hotel microwave, it was still tasty and salad was fresh. Overall satisfied for what we spent.
