Had a great evening with friends; After we heard so much about it, we had to try. The food was amazing, boss was great and the service was good to think about how busy it was then. Very disappointed, read the reviews which is why we took the chance and drove out from the city. BF had the jambalaya which was basically like Uncle Bens microwaved rice, my three meat meal consisted of dry tough pork, fatty ribs, coleslaw that looked and tasted like it was rinsed in dish water, beans that tasted super burnt. Fantastic! We took our harvest team for the Grain Bin BBQ and it was AMAZING. The food was delicious, Chef Karl came out to tell us hello and to make sure everyone enjoys everything. The portions were generous, no one went hungry! We're coming back! Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner
Food was fantastic. I've never been to Louisiana but the way Chef Karl cooks makes me think that what food taste like in the deep south. Try the BBQ as well. This is my favorite restaurant hands down.
If you are the adventurous type/like to try new things/like authentic Louisiana food you gotta check out this place. First time we went we tried the frog legs and alligator bites. It was a fun experience and the restaurant totally looks and feels the part. Not a huge fan of frog and alligator but was a great experience. Yesterday we tried their grain bin BBQ. We tried the chicken, ribs, and brisket. Great food. Great price and another fun experience. And the owners are very hospitable.
