What User doesn't like about Grand Hyatt Dfw:
Expensive but not for quality, overall not terrible but you might as well go to a best western and get the same quality. Shower was cool until I realized the seal was broken and the glass wasn’t flush to the wall so I had a little flood. Lights also weren’t the greatest very dim room View all feedback.
Had a business dinner in the later evening hours. Service was very good and the menu offers an ample selection. They accommodated the group very well.
Wow! After a frustrating travel day and unexpected need to stay overnight in Dallas, our experience here was a welcome treat. The design, service and creative and delicious food were top notch! We had the Caesar salad, scallops, steak frites and chicken, and the well-oiled highly capable kitchen nailed all of it!
This is an excellent airport hotel setting, the staff was very attentive, the food was very tasteful, the prices a little steep though. Dinner for one with 2 drinks and gratuity was $150.00.
This is my second time staying here in less than a week! I had such a wonderful experience the first time traveling, I had to comeback on my second part of my travel for business. Amoni, who helped me get my room was amazing both times! She knows her stuff! She was absolutely the sole reason why I returned and why I am leaving Hilton (Diamond member) to come full time to Hyatt.Amoni, thank you for making me feel special each and every time I have been your guest. You are professional, courteous, and an all star. You remembered me immediately and made sure I was taken care of.I will be coming back! Thanks Hyatt team!Rooms: I stay in the King delux room and it’s beautiful with amazing upgrades like Balmain soap and body wash.Food drinks: Room service is always on point and fast and delicious!
Luxury hotel at DFW Airport. Service is top notch. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff will try and accommodate your every need while staying at the property. Free terminal garage parking is a nice touch as well.
