Local family owned Very hidden gem Mexican Restaurant Emilio's is in the Retail Road shopping Center across from the Whataburger. It's never crowded and the food is excellent. It's by far better than the other spots in the neighborhood that are always packed and over priced. They do not have all the fancy bells and whistles drinks but full bar and they have a fantastic frozen margarita and swirls!! Please check them out. Also their Salsa is not too hot and chunky. Great. Sangria is great and the chicken fajita nachos are great. And they have black beans!!!

The atmosphere is really nice...It looks like a hole in the wall on the outside but really surprises you when you walk inside!! The food is great and came out in a timely manner! We had the enchiladas and beef fajitas and the meat was cooked perfectly. They checked on us regularly so our drinks stayed full. We've been 3 times over a 2 year period and never been disappointed.

Last Monday, I had beef fajitas and tacos al carbon. Taste so flavorful and great. I was pleased with this restaurant's Mexican fare. It looks delicious, and the ingredients were just-picked. The location was also great. a small area with a pleasant ambience. Great service was provided. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Everything was set in stone.

Our first time visiting was a great success! Great fajitas, queso, guacamole, black beans and rice. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly service!

We came in from out of town, this please is pretty good, a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. very clean inside! Pictures are the nachos
