Contribute FeedbackZio Cecio is a popular Italian restaurant in Dallas known for its excellent food but marred by inconsistent service. Some customers praised the delicious food prepared by Chef Francesco and the welcoming atmosphere. However, others complained about the slow service, inconsistent quality, and lack of attention from the staff. The restaurant's potential is evident, with top-notch dishes like Bolognese Fettuccine and limoncello cake receiving high praise. Ultimately, Zio Cecio seems to be a hit-or-miss dining experience depending on the night and the staff working.
We really enjoy going here for their delicious gluten free options. Lasagna, calamari, many dishes can be prepared gluten free and the service is delightful.
The décor was pleasant, but it was quite loud. The Eggplant Parmigiana was faultless! Maybe the best I've ever had. La Bolognese Con Fettuccine was mild and a little watery. Absolutely nothing to write home about. Be prepared to pay for water. We were charged $8.50 per person for water. if I'd known ahead of time, I would have brought my own.
Excellent food and wine list, as always. Experienced and gracious service. One of our most favorite spots!
As always our meal was great. Best margarita pizza in Dallas. If you have had salt baked bronzino but you’re not in Portofino, Italy, I highly recommend it. One of our favorite restaurants.
Zio Cechio is a hidden gem! Delicious Sardinian food and wine, impeccable and friendly service. Beautiful ambiance.
