Was Glenda Monsivais at Zero Degrees a mag?
I ordered the Ube Milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was quite large for me, and it cost a total of $7.04. I only gave it 4 stars because the milkshake was spilling out the side. The lid didn't seal properly, so I had to drink it quickly to stop the overflow. I'm not sure if this was just a faulty lid and cup, but I hope this issue won't happen every time. View all feedback.
What Brielle DaNaé dislikes about Zero Degrees:
The service at this restaurant is as uninspiring as the food. They frequently run out of items on the menu, and what you do receive tends to be mediocre. The boba is tough, suggesting it's either overcooked or undercooked. On the plus side, the teas are quite enjoyable, and the food is passable. However, there are far too many other places offering tea, chicken, and boba for me to consider spending my money here agai... View all feedback.

In comparison to the Plano location, this restaurant is more convenient for me, but unfortunately, the food quality is lacking. The chicken is dry, especially when compared to the Plano branch, and other items like the fries and garlic noodles also disappoint. While they manage the drinks well, they definitely need a more skilled chef in the kitchen. Food rating: 2/5.

Love Zero Degrees.
Very bad customer service by a young lady working the day of 05/22/23 at 4:30pm. We’ve always been customers and love the food, but today the young lady that attended us was the worst! As soon as we arrived she gave us the worst attitude while taking our order, and then ignoring us later when we asked her for a wet towel to help her out cleaning the tables. We went back to order more food and she ignored us as she was busy “washing the dishes”. It was so bad we had to get the very kind gentleman in the kitchen to help us. Please have a talk with her because employees like that will cause you to lose frequent customers.
