Wingstop - Dallas

- 0 stars!! - The general manager, Tamia, is very unfriendly and unprofessional - My wings and fries were cold - My 20-piece wing order, with 4 different flavors, was all stuffed into one box - Initially told I would receive a store credit for the cold food - Ended up not receiving my food or credit because I didn't have a receipt, even though I did - Tamia refused to acknowledge the credit she had approved - The situation escalated when she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the store - I was left confused and frustrated, as Tamia refused to communicate or address my concerns.

The restaurant was very clean, with a nice and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and it was one of the best experiences I've had at any Wingstop.

This restaurant is not worthy of any stars. The fries were cold and not worth it. I requested well-cooked wings but they were undercooked. I will be taking my business to America's Best Wings from now on. Wingstop has gone downhill. I have had issues with them before and decided to give them another chance, but after tonight, I am done.

I'm not sure who was cooking at the time, but the fries were incredibly salty and it overwhelmed the taste of my new chicken sandwich. I enjoy trying new food and writing reviews for every restaurant I visit. I would like to give this place another chance and I hope they take my feedback into account and make some changes to their preparation before serving. Thank you. I will keep my review up until my next visit.

To put it just terrible, this place takes long to process food and workers, even the higher ups are no help I lacked ranch and sides the workers are nowhere to find, I had to flirt on the manager or overseer (blood with glasses) in the back with the workers and grab them instead of the problems and service customers after I complain that I have brought missing pages that I have paid them instead! This place is terrible and has not changed a bit with a new face of managers, this place is a credible place.
