Wingstop - Dallas
Wingstop
Description
At this Wing Stop location, the experience has been marred by poor management and unprofessional service. Customers frequently report long wait times and inadequate communication regarding menu availability, particularly when it comes to essential items like wings. While a few staff members exhibit friendliness, overall professionalism appears lacking, with employees often distracted by their phones. Cleanliness also seems to be an issue, further detracting from the dining experience. Despite some positive notes on food quality, the consistent service shortcomings have led many patrons to seek alternatives. A makeover in management and customer service is clearly needed.

I became ill after eating at this restaurant. The food was prepared poorly, resulting in a case of food poisoning. I do not recommend this place as they do not know how to cook properly. I will not be returning.
I placed a phone order at 11:25pm and received confirmation. When I went to pick up my order at the designated time, the worker insisted that I never placed an order, despite me showing her the phone number I called. She also informed me that they were not accepting any new orders, even though they do not close until 12am. I arrived at 11:50pm, when my original order was supposed to be ready.
I just spent $13 on a meal that had no flavor. I ordered through the app to avoid the line, but still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. The food barely had any sauce on it; I could taste more breading than anything else. I understand it’s a Saturday, but when you have 10 employees working and people are still waiting almost an hour for their food, that’s really disappointing. This will be the last time I visit this location.
I have never been on a wingstop and have complained twice, apparently this place charges a separate “hold fee” that corresponds to the amount of your order. Hopefully, don't put a big order here because it took a week to release the hold and put the money back on my card. Garland and Mesquite are my favorite places and they never did.
