When I went to pick up my order at the designated time, the worker insisted that I never placed an order, despite me showing her the phone number I called. She also informed me that they were not accepting any new orders, even though they do not close until 12am. I arrived at 11:50pm, when my original order was supposed to be ready.

I just spent $13 on a meal that had no flavor. I ordered through the app to avoid the line, but still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. The food barely had any sauce on it; I could taste more breading than anything else. I understand it’s a Saturday, but when you have 10 employees working and people are still waiting almost an hour for their food, that’s really disappointing. This will be the last time I visit this location.

Hopefully, don't put a big order here because it took a week to release the hold and put the money back on my card. Garland and Mesquite are my favorite places and they never did.
