I meet with Micheal a manager prior t... read more The UPSIDE...there are truly no words that can explain how GREAT this place is from the staff to the food to the location. I meet with Micheal a manager prior to my birthday gathering because I wanted to see the location and table arrangements, He had worked a 16 hour shift the day before an meet with me early Sunday morning and was so helpful and polite. The day of my event this past Saturday Jon was the manger on duty despite a large crowd he made our group feel like the only people in Upside. Our servers were fantastic and the drinks were amazing along with the food. If you need a place to rest your head reserve a room at The Canopy which the Upside is located on the 8th floor. The rooms are amazing at the staff is phenomenal as well.
