Upside offers stunning views of Dallas skyline, but service was inconsistent. Despite being short-staffed at times, some employees went above and beyond to provide a good experience. The food was average, but drinks were pricey yet delicious. Guests praised the accommodating staff and fantastic atmosphere. Upside is recommended for drinks, special occasions, and enjoying the view. Despite some service hiccups, patrons enjoyed the experience and would return for the ambiance. Overall, Upside offers a great setting for drinks with friends or a romantic date night in a cozy, not-too-crowded space.

Tapas are average so don’t go for a meal. The perfect spot for a sunset or evening drink. The view is stunning, the ambiance is amazing, and the drinks are great. Great for a date or a friends get together. Smaller space so it doesn’t get too loud or packed. My favorite place in Dallas
Great view but hotel prices for drinks and appetizers.
This was a terrible experience. The hostess was rude and seemed like she had severe hearing loss. She had difficulty understanding and responding.
The restaurant has a delightful ambiance and provides an excellent view of the city skyline.
The views were spectacular, but the service left much to be desired. I might consider coming back if the service were to get better.
