Was Brad Bell at Sugarfire Smoke House a mag?
We ordered 12 pounds of brisket for a birthday party, and we were extremely satisfied. The brisket was of excellent quality at a great price, and the staff was friendly with outstanding customer service. We will definitely return for more! View all feedback.
What Della S dislikes about Sugarfire Smoke House:
We thought we'd give it a try. I ordered a burger which was bone dry and had a long string of gristle in it. My partner had the brisket cheese steak covered in an abundance of canned cheese. There was zero ac. Not even a ceiling fan to blow it around. It's over 100 degrees outside and inside is awful. I would not recommend. View all feedback.

It was very dirty .... Not worth the drive from College Station. The Philly bread was so dang hard... idk if you've ever been to the real SugarFires in St.Louis then you don't have any idea of how disappointed we was. It was good not the same not as clean as all the others in St.Louis your probably good you don't have anything to conspire it to. The guy in the line was amazing. The atmosphere was nothing compared to the others also this one is very plain. Not to mention they didn't have throw away silverware like wth how.... I would come back but not anytime soon more BBQ to try in the area.... TAKE THE TRIP TO ST.LOUIS GUYS YOU WON'T regret it.... Yes in caps for excitement guys they don't even serve the Sugarfire pie OMG what a Shame
Being from St Louis, I've had Sugarfire there. This location in Dallas doesn't even come close. When we initially got to the restaurant, it appeared as if the staff wasn't expecting customers, although the restaurant had been open for two hours already. It was also completely empty, which should have been a sign to not eat there. The food was subpar. We ordered a bit of everything from the menu with the highlight being the fries, and the sauces. Outside of that, the brisket was cold, ribs were low quality, cheesesteak sandwich was way too sloppy, and burger was basic. Dallas has a lot of good bbq places to choose from. This without a doubt is not one of them.
Staff was nice and friendly but order take out and wasn't impressed. Much better Texas BBQ elsewhere especially for the price the value just wasn't there. I did enjoy their different sauces, they were good and fun to try.
I came back in last weekend for lunch and had a much better experience. I was attended to by several members of staff while dining in. I ordered the ribs, fried okra, mac n 'cheese, and an excellent Manhattan. I was told that ever Friday is Old Fashioned Fridays where Old Fashioned cocktails are $5! I definitely be back on a Friday for that! The food was very good and the sauces were exceptional as always. I look forward to returning again.
