We placed our order, and when the driver arrived, he did... read more I'm eight months pregnant, and all I wanted was my five cups of Sonic ice and an Oreo cheesecake shake. We placed our order, and when the driver arrived, he didn't bring the Oreo cheesecake shake. It's unbelievable to me that you have one job and can't seem to do it right. I'm really frustrated. A refund doesn't resolve the fact that I didn't receive my shake. Please learn to read orders properly.

Unfort... read more I've never been one to leave reviews, good or bad, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I'm pregnant, and I recently visited this Sonic location. Unfortunately, the burgers were just awful and didn’t taste right at all. I took three bites and ended up throwing it away. To make matters worse, I found a bug in my cup of ice—an entire bug!

It's disappointing to drive 20 minutes to a restaurant that seems to wish you didn't want to eat from their menu. It's hard to imagine a server being upset just because they have to do their job.
