The situation has definitely gotten better. It seems like there may have been some changes in staff, as everything has improved.
The manager at this restaurant is Danielle, and she is the least suitable person for the role. She frequently shouts at both her staff and patrons. Additionally, the quality of the food is undesirable, to the extent that one can taste the negativity within it.
