What User doesn't like about Pollo Regio:
The food here is normally really good. Lately they have been skimping on the portions.. Please see the attached picture of my charro beans, it was about 1/4 full and had a huge piece of pig skin. So there ended up being maybe 2 spoon fulls of beans if you dont count the liquid (there's always way more liquid than actual beans) . Please do better, this is unacceptable. View all feedback.
Came here tonight and the customer service was so top notch. I enjoyed my meal and the manager named Jordan gave me such a great service. I recommend this place! Love employees/managers like him, what an outstanding person.
Ordered the Beef Nacho's!! The best meat, everything grilled fresh, guacamole excellent. Fresh chips fried and thick enough to stay fresh until I got home. Not a soggy mess. Just excellent job!! So much meat that I used the excess and made a vegetable beef soup with it!! Great flavors.
This Pollo always has the best customer service and food is always hot and fresh. Gabriella, kevin and rony are fun and friendly! We enjoyed our dine in!!!!
When I crave chicken It’s Pollo Regio.Great seasoning and always fresh!! Very sweet ladies on drive-through will always greet me and smile.Maria will add some quick friendly conversation and make sure you got your meal fast. We should give them some extra support for their hard work !!
