I went for the chicken fried pork loin, and it was amazing. The pork was cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The breading was just right, not too heavy, and full of flavor. It came with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, which made it even better. The staff at Nova were fantastic. They were really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. They knew the menu well and gave me some great recommendations. Overall, my experience at Nova was top-notch. The chicken fried pork loin was the highlight of my meal, and I’m definitely excited to go back and try more dishes. If you're in Dallas and looking for a relaxed spot with delicious food, Nova is a must-visit!
