To make matter... read more How is it possible for a restaurant to be unprepared for lunch? Recently, their sandwiches have been frozen and not available during lunch hours. To make matters worse, the last time I visited, I noticed an employee smoking just outside the entrance. When I approached the counter, that same employee was there to take my payment and handle my food. And, of course, there wasn’t even a simple "thank you." The service was very disappointing. They really need a strong manager to improve their customer service skills.

The young lady at the counter was very accommodating. When I reached the window, my order was incorrect, but they apologized, corrected it, and even let me keep the wrong order. It was a nice bonus, as I was able to take it home and share it with someone else who was hungry. I felt grateful for the experience, and overall, I really enjoyed my time at KFC.
