Junction Craft Kitchen - Dallas
Junction Craft Kitchen
Description
Junction Craft Kitchen is a closed restaurant that was once known for its bold, progressive dishes with Southern and Asian influences. Chef Josh Harmon, awarded Eater Dallas' Chef of the Year and one of Zagat's Top Rising Star Chefs in America, created a menu that earned the title of Best Burger in Dallas. The collaboration between a seasoned front-of-house team and a rising star chef led to the formation of Junction Craft Kitchen, where everyone worked together as a well-oiled machine.

I just canât say anything nice so best I say nothing at all. The most bizarre dining experience I have had in a long time.
After we returned a meal for being burnt and requesting a meal to be replaced bc the egg was overdone we were informed the restaurant would be closing permanently after today. I wish I wouldâve known before reserving a table for my family Easter lunch ð
Today was apparently their last day. It was a terrible experience from the start. We didnât finish the meal. The food came out cold and at that point we talked with management and left.
Our experience at the restaurant was fantastic thanks to our attentive and knowledgeable waiter. The dishes served were both unique and delicious.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, my first time trying a place like this. To those who complained about small portions, go to McDonald's. The server was the best I've ever had, and every dish was a new and exciting experience. The short rib was cooked perfectly, the bites appetizer was full of surprises with each nibble, and the pistachio dessert was both unique and satisfying.
