We had a good meal at III Guys. They were a little busy because of the holiday and other restaurants in the area. The French onion soup was one of the best I had! The wings and pizza were also very good. Very big menu. I would definitely return or order take some time. View all feedback.
What L T doesn't like about Iii Guys Pizzeria:
Soft Pretzel Appetizer was Microwaved and hard due to such way of cooking. Beer cheese is good but Pretzels lack Salt and soft Pretzels need Pretzel salt. Wing Bites were ok and the sauce wasn’t terrible but was charged for the ex dressing but never got it. Also asked for no celery but got that. It’s mediocre at best and cook staff seems lazy for using a microwave and complacent for not looking at actual orders. View all feedback.

I hate to do this, but I have to say something. I've been to This restaurant three times total. The first times my husband and I sat at the bar, we had a young lady named Taylor. And then a young man. Both were excellent! Great service and personalities. The third time however, we weren't so lucky. we sat down and ordered drinks from a woman who looks about 9 months pregnant. I know personally how difficult pregnancies can be, but this lady appeared absolutely unfit to work. She looked a mess with her face and outfit looking like she had just rolled out of bed. She also looked extremely tired and greasy. She talked to the customers next to us before we got our drinks. I don't know who taught her customer service skills, but she was extremely rude to these people! A young man had some questions about a beer and the bartender was NOT enjoying him. She was very rude and even rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed at this young man! It culminated in her walking away from the customer mid sentence. Poor guy! This was her attitude toward pretty much the entire bar. We eventually asked the kids next to us what her issue was, he told us that she was the owners wife and that she was always like this. He mentioned that many of his friends would go elsewhere if they knew she was working. A shorter young lady who was very peppy tried to bring some positivity into the restaurant, but our bartender brought the dark clouds back immediately. suddenly it all made sense! The only employee we had ever had a negative experience with couldn't be fired as she is related to the owner! If this was my business I definately would never let a family member work in such a prominent position if they acted so poorly! Again, I understand what it's like to be pregnant and tired, but she shouldn't be working if she can't do her job. She complained loudly the entire time we were there. We watched two other couples shake there heads and make comments about this woman's poor attitude. We didn't end up getting dinner bcuz she never came back to get a second round of drinks for us. She moved extremely slowly and couldn't have cared less about our experience. Luckily we were paying cash for our drinks so we could sneak out to go somewhere else! I hate to write a long scathing review like this. But I was shocked by the drastic change in the service at this restaurant! Sorry three guys but you need to make a change. Neither myself nor my husband remember if we got her name, but I can tell you this much! We will not be taking our chances on Thursday nights for a long time in order to hopefully avoid this dreadful service! 3 different couples come to three guys with us about once a month and we will be warning them as well!
The best pizza in the Dallas area. The sauce flavor is perfect not too strong, not sweet.. The entrees are great too haven't had a bad meal here in all our visits. The Saturday Prime Rib sandwich is delicious and a bargain price. Service in the dining room is great even when they are busy on Friday and Saturday nights. If you are in the Back Mountain and want great food at a reasonable price, III Guys is the place to go. Parking can be tricky on Fridays as the bar is usually packed and they do have a live musician beginning at about 8:00.
