What Gillian Herzog dislikes about Enchilada's:
It was just ok ? my chimichanga was good. The steak filling was tender and juicy. Huge portions, no complaints there. However the beans and rice were a no go. I love authentic Mexican food. This was not it for me. I will still return and try something different. View all feedback.
So, my partner, who hails from Mexico and enjoys cooking, and I decided to check it out, and we were thrilled that we did. My partner is hard to impress, but he was genuinely pleased. I was equally satisfied. The margarita was perfectly balanced, providing a lovely buzz as we deliberated our choices. I opted for the beef fajitas, while my partner went for the enchilada dinner. Both dishes surpassed our expectations. The beef fajitas were bursting with delicious flavors, and the meat was cooked to perfection—so incredibly tasty! This place doesn't skimp on bell peppers like many others do. As for the enchilada dinner, my partner fell head over heels for it. It had just the right mix of seasonings and ingredients. Authentic enchiladas are definitely on the menu here. Savory and delightful! Needless to say, we will be returning soon and can't wait to bring our friends along for dinner. Oh, and the service was both fast and friendly, so no worries in that department either!
I have to give 5 ???? stars all the way around. I ordered the chicken flautas. The flautas we're perfection, crispy on the outside and delicious and not over cooked on the inside. The refried beans were so tasty and smooth. The rice was flavorful. Thetable chips and sauce tasted fresh home made. Our waiter was a young guy man named Isaac who was fabulous. Isaac made our firsttime experience even better. He was super cordial, friendly and attentive to our needs. The place was packed but we were seatedquickly and our meal came out fast. I had the sweet tea and it was not too sweet and it was great. Now you see why I am leaving5 ???? stars. If you go please ask for Isaac, this type of customer service is what will for sure bring us back. Thanks againIsaac, we will see you soon. Lilia Lakewood :
Sunday Brunch has gone downhill big time. No more beef fajitas, no more guacamole, no more Flan. Instead we get potatoes enchiladas , half grilled...
I ordered the number 6, which came with a cheese enchilada and a beef enchilada served with beans. The cheese on the enchilada reminded me of queso and was absolutely delicious! My husband chose the number 7, which included an enchilada and a crunchy taco filled with queso. He really enjoyed his meal and also ordered a side of rice and beans. We asked for some flour tortillas to go along with our dishes. Overall, our experience was good, but the tortillas didn't meet our expectations—they tasted like they were store-bought. I would suggest making them fresh or obtaining them from a local restaurant. I know of a place in Moore, Oklahoma that gets their tortillas from another establishment, and that really makes a difference.
My husband and I really enjoy this restaurant! The ambiance and service are excellent. They serve brunch on Sundays, which is ideal for before and after church, and they even have unlimited mimosas. Whether you prefer breakfast or lunch, there's something for everyone on the menu. The waffles are made fresh and brought to your table hot. With such a variety of delicious food and drinks for only $25 per person, it’s definitely a great value!
