It seems they prioritize in-person orders and only attend to mobile ones once they’ve cleared the dining area. If you visit, I recommend ordering inside instead.

She looked right at me and grabbed her bowl and went right to the next person. My order was pretty large and to help the flow if this location they shouldmark each item. I had to grab the manager who was busy but had just assisted me with my large order. On top of that the lettucein my bowl was pretty old. I ate what I could.
