We were charged multiple times on the ticket for... read more We were overcharged multiple times. The waitress had an attitude because we asked for the bill to be corrected. We were charged multiple times on the ticket for items we never even order. Also waited for 15-20mins each time we needed assistance and we told multiple waitresses and hostess that we had been waiting with no service. It was for my birthday and I truly felt like the service was horrible. It was until Kay the evening waitress manager came and saw we were upset before we were helped at all. Very unacceptable for a birthday celebration to be treated the way we were.

Ov... read more Booked a table then when I got there they said it’s best to go to the bar. Why have reservations if you won’t honor it. Was told my party size was too small. Overall enjoyed myself once we got seated but then was told no food during the game. Maybe that was just at the bar but that’s why I tried to get a table.
