We go there weekly, and it's getting worse every week. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I lowered my rating from a 5 to a 2. I used to be able to call in my order and go pick it up. They are able to see how many times I have ordered in their system. I called tonight to make an order and they want to write down my credit card and make me pay before I ever get to the restaurant. I will never let a server or somebody on the phone write my credit card number down or repeat it out for everyone to hear when the place is very busy. I understand sometimes people don't pick stuff up, but if a person has an established pattern then I don't agree with this. I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. People not picking up orders is a cost that is figured into the restaurant Los. I wonder if it will substantiate all the business that is lost from this

A COMPLAINT...... Pictures speak a thousand words, and I could kick myself for not taking one this afternoon. I 'm a one trick pony. When I find a dish I like, I generally order it again and again. So when it came time to order, it was a no brainer: chori pollo! I said. Look at the photo I originally posted. Today 's portion was about one third the size. I complained to our server, who saw the meager piece of chicken. I 'm sorry, she repeatedly said. The manager ultimately came out. I 'm sorry, she echoed. I 'll have to tell the chef. Fine and good, I replied. But what about me? She took $4 off our bill. (Big deal! I 'm not going to say I won 't be back. I like that the patio is shaded in the afternoon, that it 's relatively empty important to me during COVID and that Cocina is close to my mom 's residence. But when three full price entrees are ordered in addition to a pitcher of margaritas, I would expect staff to be more proactive, particularly with returning clientele who have a point of reference. Let 's see if our next visit will be our last.....
